The "Mommy necklace with Sweet Baby Feet" is a 3/4 inch 925 sterling silver disc that is nickel free. The piece also includes a pea size 925 sterling silver nickel free disc that is attached to the larger disc. Both discs hang on a 18 inch sterling silver snake chain. If you prefer a 16 inch chain please just leave a not to the seller. Birthstone crystals are available for an additional $4 each. Please just leave a message and you will receive a invoice via paypal for the additional items.

Raise Awarness for Autism Speaks with the Hope Necklace

Autism is a complex neurobiological disorder that typically lasts throughout a person's lifetime. It is part of a group of disorders known as autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Today, 1 in 150 individuals is diagnosed with autism, making it more common than pediatric cancer, diabetes, and AIDS combined. The "Hope" necklace has been created to raise awareness for Autism and a portion of proceeds for each necklace sold will be donated to Autism Speaks, an organization dedicated to change the future for all who struggle with autism spectrum disorders.
